Your contact must not be an existing customer of Viva City or currently in negotiations with Viva City about becoming a customer.
Your contact must sign up within six months of being referred to be considered successful.
An individual can only be nominated for the referral program once within a 12 month period. If the same individual has been referred more than once, only the first referral will be considered.
You’ll receive your credit once your contact has been a Viva City customer for three months.
You’ll get an automatic email notification from Viva City as soon as your referral joins.
Viva City reserves the right to cancel the Viva City Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Viva City Referral Program will be resolved by Viva City in its sole discretion.
